Processing Time

Orders ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

*Haunted dolls rated “Intense Haunt” require additional communication before shipment.

Shipping Methods

We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the item. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Lost / Stolen Packages

Once a package is scanned by the carrier, responsibility transfers to them.

Please file a claim directly with the carrier if your package is lost or stolen.

International Shipping

Customs fees or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
