Feralore Refund & Return Policy

At Feralore, every item is witch-crafted, curated, or spiritually prepared with extraordinary care and intention. Because many of our offerings are paranormal, magickal, ritualistic, and/or energetically fixed, our return policy reflects both legal requirements and spiritual integrity.

General Returns (Non-Spiritual Items):

Items such as apparel, mugs, totes, and standard retail goods may be returned within 14 days if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • Packaging is intact

  • You contact us before sending it back

*Customer is responsible for return shipping. Once inspected, we will issue store credit.

 

No Returns on Spiritual or Magickal Items

Due to their personal, ritual, or energetic nature, the following items are FINAL sale:

  • Haunted dolls/spirit vessels (although, you may return dolls if you feel that's necessary for no refund - please see more haunted doll policies below for more info)

  • Oils, powders, incense, herbs

  • Spell kits and ritual bundles

  • Tarot & oracle decks (opened or used)

  • Any item spiritually fixed, blessed, cleansed, or activated

  • Any custom or made-to-order item

*These items cannot be resold or energetically reset to their original state.

 

Haunted Doll Adoption Terms 

By adopting a haunted doll from Feralore, you acknowledge:

  • These are paranormal curios, not toys

  • No specific outcome, manifestation, or activity is guaranteed

  • You must be 18+

  • We reserve the right to refuse an adoption for any reason

  • Dolls rated “☠️☠️☠️☠️ Intense Haunt” require an email conversation before shipping

  • No refunds are offered for haunted dolls; store credit may be issued in rare cases if the doll is returned safely

All ritual tools, oils, powders, spell items, dolls, divination tools, and magickal/metaphysical goods are sold as curios only.
